JOB SUMMARY:

Keeps abreast of all hotel functions and amenities. Maintains accurate records for promotions and daily tournaments. Obtains Slot Floor People, Slot Hosts, or Mechanics as needed, depending on the situation. Greets customers with courtesy and respect. Makes sure all Total Rewards members receive all pertinent materials. Promotes and enrolls customers into Total Rewards. Must stay abreast of, and follow, all departmental procedures specified in the Total

Rewards procedural manual.

Qualifications:
REQUIRED SKILLS: Must be 21 years of age or older. Ability to communicate in a professional, businesslike manner. Proficient writing and reading skills. Basic mathematical skills. Friendly and outgoing personality. Team Oriented. Salesmanship abilities preferred. Ability to operate a computer terminal for data entry and retrieval. Proficiency in the use of IBM or IBM compatible personal computer. Must be able to work in a fast paced environment. Must be able to tolerate secondary tobacco smoke and working in a high noise level. Able to work quickly and effectively with or without constant supervision. Require standing and some lifting during shift. Ability to type 30 words per minute
