Job Description:
Customer Service-Greeting customers and explaining the history of our Eiffel Tower compared to the one in Paris, France. Being able to ride in small elevators and take guests to the top of the Tower and not be afraid of heights.Cannot be claustrophobic. Must have excellent communication skills.

Taking tickets to the Eiffel Tower and directing guests from the casino floor. Must be very communicative at this level…The Ambassador is asked questions not only about the Eiffel Tower but about the Hotel and Casino in general. Must know layout of the hotel and casino and be able to give directions to guests.

Organizing guests in groups of 12 (no more than 12 at a time on the elevator) and keeping them in the queue ready to enter either elevator for the ride to the top.

Elevator operator-on the ascent the operator must be able to speak clearly to the passengers and give them pertinent info about our Eiffel Tower and how it compares to the original Tower. This speech must be memorized. Must also be able to answer guests questions about the Tower and surroundings. Must also have knowledge of how to handle bio fluids as some guests do get ill on the elevator.
ON the descent, operator must be able to chat with guests and suggest other outlets such as the different shows, restaurants and attractions on all our properties.

Top of the Tower-Must maintain a constant count of how many guests are on top (cannot exceed 96). Gets guests in queue to descend…no more than 12 at a time per elevator. Must also be mindful of strong winds. Whenever winds begin to increase, must be able to read the anemometer and alert the supervisor as to the speed of the wind. If wind speeds exceed 39 mph then they must get guests off the tower or wait until the wind speed diminish, otherwise they will need to escort guests down the tower via the stairs. The Ambassador is at the head of the escort and Security is at the end of the escort.

VIP level-This entrance is on the casino level and is for VIP casino guest and guests requiring assistance -such as a wheelchair guest. Ambassador is responsible to contacting the elevator operator and letting him/her know that they have a VIP or an "Assist" waiting to go to the top.
Must have excellent communicative skills, outgoing personality and anticipate special needs.

All Ambassadors rotate throughout the day to each of the posts listed above.

Qualifications:
Customer Service and theme park experience a plus
