Job Description:
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF JOB:
Responsible for successfully maintaining and repairing, as needed, all mechanical equipment.

• Maintains all mechanical and cosmetic items in guestrooms and public areas.
  
• Monitors work load, and advises supervisor of work overload.
  
• Assists Engineers and Mechanics in repairs.
  
• Responds to maintenance requests and house calls.
  
• Responsible for maintaining a consistent and regular attendance record.

Level III personnel will perform a variety of simple to complex trade related activities under the general supervision of Lead personnel. In addition to responsibility for the foregoing activities and other duties as assigned, Level II personnel will provide assistance to other Facilities personnel as needed and will heavily assist in the training of other employees as assigned or necessary. Possession of a trade related license and certification if applicable and four (4) to six (6) years of trade related experience. Six (6) years of relevant and demonstrable experience shall supersede license and certification requirements. Ability to interpret blueprints and schematics if applicable. Advanced knowledge and understanding of all phases of the trade.

Qualifications:
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required. Must have minimal knowledge of plumbing, electrical and air conditioning maintenance. Extensive knowledge of kitchen equipment repair.
