Job Description:

Supervise and sign for any pay outs and hopper fills which require a signature

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Call-in, pick-up and pay out jackpots or hopperfills.

Responsible for signing hopper fills

When necessary, sign for jackpot fills

Obtain authorized signatures on jackpot slips

Make minor repairs on slot machines

Knowledge of the Casino Control Act and attendant regulations as well as Horseshoe internal controls, policies, and procedures

Support and maintain Horseshoe courtesy guidelines

Promote outstanding guest relations

Perform other duties as assigned
