Sheraton Casino: Home of the “Hot Spot” opened August 1, 1994, at Casino Center in Northern Tunica County, Mississippi, just 12 miles from Tennessee state line at Casino Center off Highway 61. The 92,000 square-foot casino features 33,000 square feet of gaming space. The Sheraton hotel experience offers the only all suite hotel in Tunica. Job Description:
Assists promptly and courteously with transportation services.
Drives conservatively, announcing stops and answering general questions about Grand Casino and the local community.
Maintains a working knowledge of Grand Casino facilities, as well as special events on property, in order to advise guests and fellow Associates of same, whenever possible.
Effectively communicates with the Transportation manager, to report any mechanical difficulties and/or maintenance needs of company-owned vehicles.
Inspects vehicles prior to occupancy, verifying that everything is clean, well-stocked and in good working order.
Presents a clean, neat, and well-groomed appearance, wearing only the designated Limousine uniform on the job.
Ensures a maximum level of guest service and satisfaction is achieved and maintained.
Maintains written records of all trips, number of passengers, departure and arrival times, dispatcher's name and destinations. Held accountable for the accuracy and thoroughness of departmental records and reports.
Conducts routine safety inspections of vehicles before and after every trip, reporting any problems or maintenance needs to management.

Qualifications:
Education and/or Experience:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.

Special Qualifications:
Excellent communication skills required. Must possess a valid Class B Commercial License w/Passenger Endorsement from the State, as well as good driving record. Also must have a DOT Medical Certification Card.
