JOB SUMMARY: Provides prompt, accurate fill transactions and set-ups for the Poker Room while providing friendly, excellent service to every guest.

QUALIFICATIONS: Must possess excellent customer relations and communication skills. Must be mathematically inclined. Must be willing to work any day of the week and any shift. Must be able to get along with co-workers and work as a team. Must present a well-groomed appearance.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Acknowledges, greets and converses in English with customers who are actively playing Poker. Maintains a constant survey of tables and fills, as needed. Takes set-ups to dealers as they are called for. Seats customers on available Poker tables as directed by the Floor Supervisor. Fills out appropriate paperwork. Wipes down Poker tables and picks up dirty glasses and ashtrays from empty seats. Performs other related duties as assigned. Meets the attendance guidelines of the job and adheres to regulatory, departmental and company policies.

PHYSICAL, MENTAL AND ENVIRONMENTAL DEMANDS: Must be able to maneuver in between Poker tables. Must be able to reach, pull, bend, crouch and kneel around Poker tables and Poker bank. Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds. Must be able to accurately complete mathematical computations when working with fills and set-ups. Must be to read, verify and sign appropriate documents relating to the game in a small area. Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English. Must be able to respond to visual and aural cues. Must be able to tolerate areas containing second hand smoke, high noise levels, bright lights and dust.
