Job Description
The Job Position:
The Head of Sales - Gaming will be responsible for new business sales and upselling the Company’s online gaming products, as an integral part of the Company’s Gaming Function and reporting to the functional head, the role will focus on leading and building the gaming business further for our client and the promotion and marketing of Company products to maximise revenue.

Responsibility for the following areas within the Business Centre Sales team:
* Lead new business partnership deals for gaming products including promoting our client’s payment solutions, leveraging opportunities with the Company’s existing customer base.
* Devise a market strategy based on product and target audience.
* Work with design and technology to build products to client specification.
* Supply supportive information to partners, providing advice on creative ways in which to promote products.
* Main responsibility for adding client details to the relevant platforms upon opportunities converting into sales orders.
* Identify product portfolio and sales technique training requirements for all employees within the team.
* Operate a strict adherence to individual and team targets.
* Ensuring that regular meetings are arranged providing feedback to the VP Sales & Account Management.
* Identifying Sales and non-Sales training requirements.
* Demonstrate an exceptional understanding of key business processes and supporting systems.

Responsibility for customer relationship management:
* Submit professional and high calibre proposals to our client’s customers, whilst conforming to the sales guidelines relating to advising the customer of their obligations, services offered, accepted and declined, terms and conditions, availability, lead-times and error exceptions.
* Liaise with and update the relevant people with movements on live opportunities.

Standards and Quality:
* Ensuring that performance is in line with agreed targets.
* Main responsibility for ensuring that the calibre and quality of all business proposals that are sent to the customer are of the highest possible professional standard, conforming to revenue and margin guidelines and are sent within the specified time allocation using standard templates.
* Presenting an outward facing professional image representing the company through quality and value branding.
* Overall responsibility for building and collating reporting information for both the business and the customer.
* Responsibility for ensuring that all documentation is stored within the internal Company domain in a logical and tidy fashion using the allocated folders.

Essential skills:
* Extensive new business sales and development within an online payments environment.
* Extensive experience within the gaming industry.
* Proven track record of the successful development of new business client relationships and financial performance, a background in marketing is also essential.
* Ability to work in a pressurised environment with frequent travel.
* Fluent spoken and written English with an additional foreign language is beneficial but not required.
* Degree education or higher essential.
