The Job Position:
The successful Senior eCommerce Account Manager will be responsible for driving and maximizing our client’s eCommerce revenues by focusing on new business sales to companies in the online gaming /gambling industry that require an eCommerce payment and/or e-wallet solution to fulfil their online business.
As Senior eCommerce Account Manager, you will be responsible for business development with both new and existing clients, eCommerce merchants and other internet-related companies. The position is based in London and provides a fantastic opportunity to make your mark with a winning, fast-growing company that is moving to the next stage of its global development.
Responsibilities:
* New business hunter and account manager for the online gaming / gambling industry
* Create and drive new business through sales pitches, presentations and sales propositions
* Research on leads and potential merchant customers to be approached
* Grow turnover and increase the size of the customer base by acquiring new merchants directly
* At a later stage you might get responsible for recruitment and ongoing training of additional members in the sales team
* Manage marketing and referral relationships with new and potential customers/partners
* Liaise with marketing and product teams to ensure constant benchmarking and price comparisons
* Organise, attend and represent our client at events and exhibitions tailored to
e-Commerce/payments
* Instrumental in the development of various sales
Essential Skills:
* Outstanding experience in proactive new business generation and delivery
* Knowledge of the gaming industry
* Detailed knowledge of the eCommerce market and Payment Solution Sales
* A disciplined self-starter, results driven and committed to achieving career recognition and financial reward
* Ability to lead by example and present a professional image
* Outstanding relationship building and interpersonal communication skills
* High Internet affinity along with proficiency in MS Office and SalesForce or similar
* Degree in a business or related field
