Job Description:
Required Skills:
* LMS and CMS experience preferred.
* 6 months to one year customer services experience
* Provides fast, friendly, high quality service to guests at all times.
* Provides assistance to our high end customers in a friendly and efficient manner.
* Promotes Harrah's by interacting with customers in an enthusiastic, helpful manner
* Excellent interpersonal, communication, team building and problem solving skills required.
* Must be able to initiate and engage in conversation in a professional and friendly manner.
* Must be able to work any shift, days off and long hours when necessary.
* Must be at least 21 years of age or older and able to obtain Gaming registration.
* Must present a well-groomed appearance.
* High School graduate or equivalent required.
