The 92,000 square-foot casino features 33,000 square feet of gaming space. The Sheraton hotel experience offers the only all suite hotel in Tunica. Job Description:
SUMMARY: Is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of all work areas of the casino and hotel under the EVS department by performing the following duties

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
* Uses proper courtesy skills when working around guests and answering guests’ questions.
* Displays an energetic attitude while working with guests and employees.
* Cleans and polishes lighting fixtures, marble surfaces, and trim.
* Cleans rooms, hallways, lobbies, lounges, rest rooms, corridors, elevators, stairways, and locker rooms and other work areas.
* Sweeps, scrubs, waxes, and polishes floor.
* Cleans rugs, carpets, upholstered furniture, and draperies.
* Dusts furniture and equipment. Polishes metalwork.
* Washes walls, ceiling, and woodwork. Washes windows, door panels, and sills.
* Empties wastebaskets, and empties and cleans ashtrays.
* Transports trash and waste to disposal area.
* Replenishes bathroom supplies. Replaces light bulbs.
* Delivers messages. Transports small equipment or tools between departments.
* Is responsible for ensuring that the proper cleaning supplies are used.
* Reports any problems or altercations to the EVS Lead Attendant.
* Supports and maintains the Horseshoe courtesy guidelines.
* Promotes outstanding guest relations.
* Performs all other assigned duties.

Qualifications:
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
