Job Description:
Performs the following for Showboat and Harrah’s Atlantic City: Responsible for granting, compliance and extension and/or denial of credit pursuant to the policies and procedures of Harrah’s and Showboat's submissions and New Jersey Gaming Regulations. Interacts with the cashiers’ cage, games and slots departments to ensure markers are issued in a timely and proper manner. Extends and maintains complimentaries based on actual and potential earnings of known and/or new customers, while continually establishing and encouraging business relationships with selected casino customers that promote future trips and lasting loyalty. Assists in the development and successful participation of marketing programs to stimulate an on going customer dialogue and player base growth. Supervises Casino Credit office activities. Responsible for supervisory functions such as employee evaluations, problem solving and overseeing the processing of Credit Applications.

Qualifications:
General business and accounting knowledge; knowledge of credit procedures and administration; knowledge of laws and regulations affecting the casino industry; organizational and communication skills. Credit, cage or casino experience with supervisory experience in any of those areas. Must be able to obtain a NJ Casino KEY Employee License.
