The Company
One of Europe’s largest and most successful Casino and Gaming Companies are, due to continued expansion, seeking a talented Hospitality Manager to manage and develop their Hospitality and Entertainment offering within one of their flagship Casinos.

The Role
* This is a crucial, strategic and senior managerial position within a large, high profile, flagship site
* As Hospitality Manager you will have complete operational control and responsibility for managing all elements of the hospitality business, including kitchen, valet floor and public area service, restaurant & bar operations, housekeeping and events
* This is a large scale operation and you will be leading a team of approximately 110 staff members across a variety of diverse departments
* Managing the strategic direction of the offer in consultation with the General Manager and central Food and Beverage Department
* Achieving Company Food and Beverage financial targets as set out in club budgets
* Managing resources, minimising wastage and maximising cash flow
* Able to work 40 hours per week, 5 days out of 7, including nights and weekends as and when required

The Candidate
* You will have a quantifiable track record of success in either Restaurant, Bar, Night Club, Hotel management or preferably all of the above
* You will have experience of high volume, large scale operations
* You will be Standards driven, ensuring that brand guidelines are adhered to stringently
* You will have a passion for customer service and have the ability to instil this passion into your employees
* You will be an accomplished manager and man motivator able to inspire you staff to be the best they can be
* You must have in depth food and beverage industry knowledge including current trends and relevant legislation including food safety
* Working knowledge of Employee Relations law and best practice
* A degree level qualification in Hospitality and/or relevant managerial experience is advantageous
