The Company
A large integrated Gaming Company with an extensive business portfolio extending across multiple international jurisdictions and multiple business verticals including off line Casinos, Bingo & Slots and Online Poker, Sportsbook and Skill Games, are currently seeking a Talented and strategically minded CFO to direct and manage their complete Financial Operations.

The Role
* You will direct, coordinate and manage the activities relating to accounting, fiscal report, debt management, treasury functions including cash management, investments, business licensing administration, and sales tax administration, real estate, risk management and purchasing
* In short all aspects of the Finance activity
* You will be responsible for the continuous improvement of the finance and administration function throughout the business
* You will be actively involved in all strategic decisions affecting the business
* This is a exec board level position and has all the responsibilities and remit associated with such a senior position

The Candidate
* Previous Senior Financial experience with in Gaming either Off or Online, is essential whilst experience of both is preferential
* A high level of relevant educational qualifications is a must
* You will have worked for a PLC or taken a private company through the transition to a becoming a PLC
* You will have experience of large international multi jurisdiction and multifunction businesses
* You will have a strong strategic and commercial mindset able to see what is best for the business and the determination and diplomacy to communicate that in an effective and persuasive manner
* You will be progressive, creative and commercially focused with a sense of passion and ambition for both your career and the company
