Job Description
Job Purpose
This role requires you to report to the Finance Director. You will be responsible for leading and managing the accounts department.

Key Responsibilities
* Manage the monthly management account process and sign off
* Own the year end close process
* Manage the external Audit process
* Present the financials at the board level
* Own the company Accounting policies
* In-depth knowledge of company cash flows and daily reconciliations to processors
* In-depth knowledge in reconciling Player Liability
* Lead and motivate a team of 14+ staff at manager and accountant level
* Foster development & training across the team
* Give support and provide thought leadership on Business development activity
* Work closely with the Financial Planning & Analysis team to ensure that the necessary systems and processes are in place to derive the data and reports necessary to evaluate results.

Skills and Capabilities - Essential
* Qualified accountant or have a bachelors or advanced degree in business/finance/accounting
* Minimum of 3+ years work experience in the gaming industry
* Proven experience of managing a minimum of ten staff
* Demonstrate excellent management, interpersonal, analytical and communication skills
* Be driven, energetic and proactive with a desire to add value in all areas of responsibility
* Have proven customer and commercial awareness and the ability to develop innovative solutions to a range of problems

Desirable
* Excellent modeling, analytical and numerical capabilities
* Good level of MS Excel skills required
* Good understanding of accounting systems
* First class interpersonal skills with the ability to foster relationships with peers and senior management
* An ability to deliver high quality work under pressure of tight deadlines
