Job Description:
REQUIRED SKILLS: High School diploma or equivalent required. Excellent communication skills required. Must be able to type 20 wpm. Proficiency in use of IBM or IBM compatible personal computer. Must be able to work any day of the week and any shift. Must be at least 21 years of age and be able to attain a Gaming Sheriff's card. Must be able to read, write, speak and understand english. Must be able to get along with co-workers and work as a team. Must present a groomed appearance. Must be able to stand and walk for long periods of time

DESIRED SKILLS: Previous high volume customer service preferred. Bi-lingual preferred. Quick learner in fast pased environment. Problem solving skills.
