Job Description:
Essential Job Functions
* Must be able to deal Poker (Texas Hold Em)
* Greet each guest with a smile.
* Deal game at a pace that delivers consistent, continuous action for guests.
* Follow procedures at all times, maintain high level of concentration, maintain or develop dealing skills
* Keeps Poker Supervisor informed as necessary while on the game and when relieved.
* Fast-paced high volume environment.
* Create a fun and exciting atmosphere where guests can have fun at his/her table
* Friendly, outgoing personality a must.
* The Employee will follow a detailed dress code

Qualifications
* High School Diploma or equivalent
* Gaming knowledge that should include the actual dealing of Poker
* Must have broad knowledge of casino rules, regulations, and procedures, including good games security.
* Must be guest service oriented, with excellent employee relations skills
* Must be able to get along with co-workers and work as a team
* Excellent leadership, motivational, and developmental skills
* Must be able to get along with co-workers and work as a team
