Job Description
Our client is one of the world's most popular online gaming entertainment companies. They develop and manages principal aspects of their operations in-house, including software development, marketing, business development, back office payment processing, risk management, and member relationship management

Overview: Overall responsibility for managing B2B affiliates
Goals:
* Work with Acquisition team to attract and retain affiliates according to company goals and set targets
* Manage the Marketing and Acquisition budget on behalf of B2B clients
* Direct the creation of an online Marketing plan for the generation of affiliates

Responsibilities:
* Identify and close business deals with leading Affiliates in the area of the Company's activities
* Account management for high performing affiliates that will allow them to promote the Company's products in an optimal manner
* Creating and managing promotions and programs to enhance retention and loyalty of existing referred players
* Manage negotiations and establish ties with relevant external clients, including agencies that supply marketing services for the Company (such as SEO services, PPC, etc.)
* Test the effectiveness of marketing campaigns to ensure maximum optimization and efficiency
* Create a day to day working interface with all departments that support the company's marketing activities (Web Creators, Copywriters, etc.)

Technical Skills:
* Project management experience - including developing and delivering marketing plans
* Experience in managing budgets
* Analytical with a thorough understanding of profit/loss
* Ability to analyze reports and assess performance
* Ability to think strategically- move from one project to the next
* Sales focused with an ability to understand the needs of the customer
* Familiarity with world of Information System's concepts, Data bases, BI- a must

Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree- a must (preference to someone with a master's degree in the field of marketing/business administration)

Experience:
* Languages- At least two of the three- Spanish, French and German
* Experience working in Spanish, French or German markets (at least two of the three)
* Experience of at least 2 years in marketing field (PPC, media buying, Affiliates SEO
* Familiarity with the Internet world- a must
* Experience in online gaming industry an advantage
