Job Description:
This position is responsible for the clandestine surveillance of all casino activity. Protecting company assets and maintaining gaming integrity. Knowledge of all surveillance equipment including software for an AD1024 switch. Understanding of computer networking and installation of a network system. Must demonstrate knowledge of all the following software applications: MS access, excel, Identicard, Stratton Warren and Outlook.

Ensuring that Harrah's Tunica complies with the rules and regulations of the Mississippi Gaming Commission. Ensuring that Harrah's Tunica monies, property and assets are protected through the constant observation of all casino areas. Ability to develop and maintain a high level of knowledge of all policies and procedures for all departments. Reports any irregularities to the shift supervisor. Prepares daily activity reports and incident reports as required. Testifying as necessary in a court of law as a witness for Harrah's Tunica in any gaming or criminal matter. Safeguarding all confidential information to ensure that all activities that are conducted in the course of performing this job are kept in the strictest of confidence. Adhering to regulatory, company and department policies and procedures in an ethical manner.

Qualifications:
Must be at least 21 years of age. High School Diploma or equivalent required. Prior experience in Casino Surveillance, Casino Operations, Security or loss prevention preferred. Knowledge of Microsoft Word or Excel. Successful completion of Surveillance training program provided by the department. Ability any shift and any day of the week. Professional appearance. Ability to sit or stand for long hours in a smoke filled environment monitoring casino activity. Manual dexterity to operate all equipment including: VCR's,monitors, keyboards, cameras and computers. Read, write, speak and understand English
