Surveillance Operator

Responsibilities:

• Monitor casino activities through close circuit television (CCTV)
• Provide quality customer service by ensuring that all surveillance matters are resolved in an effectively and timely manner
• Ensure that the integrity and security of the Casino is maintained at all times
• Observe, record and report on all matters relating to the casino and surveillance operations

Requirements:

• Meet statutory requirement of minimum 21 years of age
• Minimum 1 year in similar role in related environment
• Certificate or equivalent
• Meticulous with good communication skills and a strong team player
• Able to perform shifts including weekends & public holidays
