Job Description:
Responsible for the day to day operation of the pool area and supervision of pool staff. Ensures that proper staffing levels are maintained. Responsible for cleanliness, organization and safe condition of pool area. Ensures that customer problems/complaints are handled in an effective, courteous manner. Ensures staff behavior and appearance are in compliance with established policy. Supervises activities of Pool Sales Representatives. Monitors and tracks calls, keeping accurate records of call volume and sales generated.

Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years experience in a high-volume, multi-faceted hospitality operation or hotel/country club pool. Red Cross Certified in CPR and First Aid. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Must be able to obtain a NJ Casino Service Employee License.
