Job Description:
Responsible for providing the sale of show tickets and sightseeing tours, book dinner reservations, ground transportation and offers assistance and service with all other requests of the Rio guests.
Responsible for assigned bank and all monies collected while on duty.Reserve and sell tickets to the shows at local Harrah's properties.Sell tickets to other shows that are appearing at other contracted properties.Book sightseeing tours to include the Las Vegas area (e.g., Hoover Dam, Boulder City, Red Rock, Grand Canyon, Southern California) arrange weddings, golf tee times, dinner reservations and ground transportation.Provide helpful accurate information to hotel guests and customers.Smile and make customers feel special. Answer incoming phone calls.
