Job Description:
Greets customers and provides superior customer service. Coordinates the timely seating of poker patrons by reservation. Operates computerized and/or manual poker seating reservation system. Accepts new applications into the Total Reward program. Maintains familiarity with company activities and events and responds to customer inquiries. This position is not responsible for issuing complimentaries. Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
General knowledge of poker preferred. Possess customer service/public relations skills Strong verbal, communication and organizational skills. Must have good computer skills. Must be able to speak fluently, and understand English. Must be able to obtain a NJ Casino Employee License.
