Job Summary:
Responsible for the reception area of the salon and spa. Includes the greeting of all guests, answering phone calls, assisting guests with questions regarding salon/spa services and booking all appointments.
Essential job functions include:
Provide courteous guest service to all guests. Must be able to initiate and engage in conversations in a professional and friendly manner. Must be able to work in a fast paced environment. Must be multi task oriented. Must be able to work well with others and as a team. Schedules appointments accurately. Must be able to handle the computer system and all cash handling procedures. Answer phones promptly and friendly. Must be able to work well under pressure. Knowledge of all spa treatments and salon services. Stock brochures at front desk. Restock retail items. Perform other tasks as assigned by Manager or Assistant Manager. Participate and attend in all training classes and staff meetings. Must have enthusiasm and posses excellent customer skills. Must be detail oriented, friendly, outgoing and have excellent communication skills. Must be able to tolerate a close knit environment with constant co-work involvement.
