Job Description:
RESPONSIBILITIES/PURPOSE:
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Position is a Manager level position, reporting to the Continuous Improvement Site Leader. This position provides temporary implementation and ‘surge’ support for application of:
* Value Stream Mapping
* Standard Work
* Visual Management
* 5S
* Variation Reduction Kaizen
* Material Pull System
* Total Production Maintenance
* Six Sigma
* Error Proofing
* Quick Change Over.

In addition, the Specialist assists with the development of Standard Work documents, 5S adherence and KPI boards.

A completed checklist of the physical and mental demands incumbent to this position as well as the working conditions under which these duties are performed is on the reverse or available upon request. Those demands and conditions occurring on a consistent basis are deemed essential to the performance of these essential duties.

Qualifications:
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
Preferred Bachelor’s Degree
The individual must also be adept at driving cultural change, engaging various functional areas such as Food & Beverage, Marketing/Promotions, Slots, and Table Games.
