Job Description:
Greets all buses, charter, and “on-line” arrivals at Showboat. Distributes bus coupons or cash to all passengers. Responsible for obtaining accurate passenger count and daily paperwork for this procedure. Coordinates departure times. Assists patrons with information in a pleasant and courteous attitude. Responsible for making all Showboat guests feel welcome and comfortable. Promotes positive guest relations and resolves guest complaints. Responsible for promoting the Total Rewards program and enrolling new customers accurately into the system. This position does not access player ratings.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Entry level position. Must be able to obtain a NJ Casino Employee License.
