Job Description:
Perform all secretarial duties for the Office of the President of Strategy and Development.
DESCRIPTION
* Maintain weekly calendar
* Handle daily mail
* Direct pending matters and materials to appropriate management level and Follow-up as required
* Field vendor and investor telephone calls and emails and respond appropriately
* Coordinate meetings
* Order supplies as needed
* Reconcile P-Card statements
* Schedule travel arrangements
* Maintain project and President’s personal files
* Maintain and consistently update archive files
* Maintain contact lists
This position will provide assistance with office management for the Executive Office, to include stocking Executive Galley and Boardroom Galley, maintenance of office equipment, scheduling conference rooms, assist with A/V needs, assist with Board meetings and SMT meetings. This position will also be responsible for completing special projects as assigned; coordinating high level meetings for senior management, to include securing conference rooms, ordering catering, travel arrangements, and communication with property Division and GM’s executive assistants.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
* Minimum of 5 years administrative and/or secretarial experience at an executive level required.
