Job Description:
Supervise and sign for any pay outs and hopper fills which require a signature

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
* Call-in, pick-up and pay out jackpots or hopperfills.
* Responsible for signing hopper fills
* When necessary, sign for jackpot fills
* Obtain authorized signatures on jackpot slips
* Make minor repairs on slot machines
* Knowledge of the Casino Control Act and attendant regulations as well as Horseshoe internal controls, policies, and procedures
* Support and maintain Horseshoe courtesy guidelines
* Promote outstanding guest relations
* Perform other duties as assigned
