Job Description:
Responsible for overall daily food preparation in assigned area. Responsible for requisitioning food supplies. Schedules employees for the preparation of the menu. Ensures meal preparation meets established standards. Maintains assigned facility and equipment in sanitary, clean and operational condition. Implements established safety policies and procedures. Recommends staff changes including hiring, promotion, demotion and termination.
Qualifications:
Open/Able to stand on feet for extended periods, supervisory skills. One Three years previous experience as Gourmet Restaurant Chef.
