Compiles and integrates content for broadcast through on-property communications channels. Designs and prepares for production front-of-house signage, rack cards; advertising collateral and on-property broadcast messaging as requested.

Job Description:
* Prepares designs to the required specification of the production vendor. Coordinates transfer of work to vendor.
* Creates animations thru software programming to multiple visual communications channels (plasma screens and exterior pylon sign)
* Assists with conceptualization of graphic elements in consideration of brand standards.
* Keeps abreast of graphics, motion media products and printing industry new technologies and trends, looking for ways to improve efficiency.
* Works with internal clients and external vendors to ensure smooth communication and exchange of designs so work may be completed on timely basis.
* Coordinates the process for in-house production of signage.
* Reviews all proofs for accuracy prior to submission for management approval.
* Facilitates installation of all collateral (signage) as required. Ensures all promotional signage is posted and removed on a timely basis.
