Job Description:
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
* Provides fast, clean and efficient service of all menu items to the service team.
* Ensures each order is consistent with recipe and menu guidelines.
* Controls food production and ensures proper cooking methods.
* Completes work assigned in a timely manner to ensure freshness and quality.
* Prepares foods according to business demands.
* Provides a consistent flow of product and service to our guests.
* Ensures economical utilization of all product.

Qualifications:
REQUIREMENTS:
* High school diploma or equivalent required; culinary degree preferred.
* Wide range of food knowledge.
* Must be familiar with production, ala carte and fast food cooking.
* Must know proper cooking temperatures, holding temperatures and sanitation practices to ensure safe food handling and safe food products to our guests.
* Possesses knowledge of all kitchen equipment including break down, set-up and sanitation.
* Board of Health Sanitation Certificate in sanitation and food handling preferred.
* Familiar with all cooking techniques and ability to prepare a, “from scratch” menu.
* Must have no more than 4 attendance points to transfer.
* Must be flexible with schedule to include holidays and weekends

JOB DEMANDS:
* Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers and employees
* Must be able to respond calmly and make rational decisions when handling customer needs or concerns
* Excellent written and oral communication skills
* Ability to stand or walk for entire shift
* Must be able to listen and respond to visual and aural cues
* Must be able to tolerate areas containing varying noise, temperature levels, illuminations, vibrations, and crowds
