Job Description:
SUMMARY:
Responsible for the maintenance and cleanliness of the property.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Include the following, other duties may be assigned:
* Cleans deck areas.
* Treats water, tests water and supervises the health standards to maintain water in documented limits.
* Provide a clean grounds site free from gum, cigarette butts, trash and discarded items.
* Install decorative stone, plants and flowers for both the interior and exterior of property.
* Support and maintain Horseshoe courtesy guidelines
* Promote outstanding guest relations
* Perform other duties as assigned

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED)

LANGUAGE SKILLS:
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one on one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.

REASONING ABILITY:
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems, involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.

OTHER SKILLS and ABILITIES:
Ability to obtain the appropriate work authorization per gaming regulations
