Job Description:

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
* Performs currency drop according to procedures.
* Counts and records table games and slot drops according to procedures.
* Transfers drop boxes to count room.
* Makes minor repairs and maintenance of countroom equipment.
* Prepares bank deposits of coin.
* Wraps bank purchases of coin.
* Maintains upkeep of countroom.
* Notifies count room supervisor or manager of malfunctioning equipment.
* Acts as a role model and presents oneself as a credit to Harrah’s and encourages others to do the same.
* Adheres to all department and company policies and procedures.
* Performs all related duties as assigned

Qualifications:
REQUIREMENTS:
* Must be 21 years of age or older.
* High school diploma required or equivalent required.
* Adding machine knowledge and computer terminal operation helpful.
* Must be able to work holidays and weekends.
* Must have no more than 4 attendance points to transfer.

JOB DEMANDS:
* Must be able to respond calmly and make rational decisions when handling customer needs and concerns.
* Physically mobile with reasonable accommodations including ability to lift up to 80 LBS. and ability to push, pull, reach, bend, twist, stoop, stack, crouch, kneel, and balance when stocking, storing, and maneuvering around the work area.
