Job Description:
Performs the following for Harrah’s Atlantic City Operations: Key user of patron database, Access, SQL and MWB. Consults with and advises users of the various Winner’s Information Network (WINet) capability and possible use to support business objectives. Responsible for training all end users on Winner’s Information Network (WINet). Develops and enforces ongoing WINet training to ensure all end users understand and utilize WINet to it’s fullest extent. Trouble shoots customer account issues related to marketing programs, tier scores, and credit issues. Understanding of the cross-property Marketing goals required. Participates in base case testing of WINet project or any system changes requested. Trains employees prior to the installation of newly developed systems or requested system changes. Performs standard campaign and ad hoc queries on MWB and CMS systems. Uses SQL and MWB for various functions including test group comparative performance, predictive modeling and database analysis. Generates standard monthly marketing and customer behavior reports. Supports database management in ensuring overall integrity of customer database.

Qualifications:
College degree in Marketing; 1-3 years experience in managing data driven marketing campaigns; must possess excellent skills in project and people management, communication and writing. Literate and fluent in English. Professional written and verbal presentation skills necessary. Knowledge of multiple systems that support business objectives from both a property and brand perspective, specifically: WINet, CMS, Sequel AS/400, Business Objects and Hotel and Events Management Systems a plus. Knowledge of Microsoft Office Software, including Excel, Word and Access, preferred. Must be able to obtain a NJ Casino Employee License.
