Job Description
Reporting to the Head of Casino and Games. Our client is looking for a highly motivated, results driven Product Manager. This is a challenging role and requires a high calibre individual with preferably online gambling industry experience and skills across the marketing, operational and analytical functions.

Responsibilities:
* Control and management of the Casino and Games websites including updating, optimisation and reporting
* Work alongside management to develop and execute on Casino and Games strategic plans
* Project manage new integrations and new games launches
* Produce daily/weekly/monthly and quarterly reports with detailed analytics presented to management
* Responsible for the achieving all Casino and Games product KPI’s, as well as optimising and reporting and on all promotional performance
* Liaise with Customer Support team to ensure promotional transparency across the business
* Work with the VIP team to manage and optimise key KPI’s for VIP segments
* Develop and execute programmes for acquiring, reactivating and retaining casino and games customers
* Create new innovative product and promotional ideas and recommend enhancements to existing products
* Manage and develop on relationships across multiple departments within the company
* Build and manage relationships with Casino and Games 3rd party suppliers
* Conduct regular competitor analysis and maintain market place awareness

Skills:
* Online product management experience, preferably specialising in Casino or Games products
* Strong project management experience
* Experience in liaising with top level management
* The ability to work to a ROI model from proven marketing campaigns
* Experience of planning, developing and executing on marketing initiatives, player recruitment & retention programmes
* Ability to cope with pressure and deliver to deadlines and targets
* Target orientated and results driven
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail
* Strong analytic proficiency with the ability to report accurately to the business
