Job Summary

The Flash Developer´s role is to implement Flash-based graphical user interfaces and marketing tools to expand the functionality and usability of our client’s online product offering.

Responsibilities
* Work closely with business managers, User Experience engineers and Technical Lead to design application solutions
* Work with server and client development teams to build interpretative products that scale with our clients’ customers growth
* Write great documentation and provide ample “testability”
* Communicate constantly, usefully, and precisely

Requirements
* At least 3-4 years’ experience developing interactive client-side applications
* Flash / Action Script / Flex
* Great communication skills
* A passion for organized, high-speed development
* Demonstrated knowledge of version control tools (eg. CVS, SVN)
* Strong attention to detail
* Ability to work both collaboratively and with limited supervision
