Job Role
Our client is a well respected online gaming operator, based in the sunny climes of Malta. Due to an internal promotion, they now require the services of a Czech Country Support Agent.
The position would require the successful applicant reply to customer queries, manage website content and translate newsletters from English into Czech.
Requirements:
* Native Czech
* Good command of written and spoken English
* At least 1 year customer support experience
* At least 1 year translation experience or degree in translation
* iGaming experience (preferably)
* Poker, casino and sportsbook knowledge
* Ready to relocate to Malta within 2 weeks
* Ready to work flexible hours including night shifts
