Summary
Our client is a respected online gaming operator that provides services in 23 languages offering a comprehensive range of online gambling products.

Job Description
* The position carries responsibility for a team of 9 staff members consisting of Product managers, CRM managers, Event staff and tournament handlers.
* Weekly/monthly reporting of progress and KPIs to the Chief Operations Officer in London
* Responsibility for product strategy and product development
* Responsibility for supplier relation, including re-negotiation, SLAs, coordination and requirements for new development
* Upgrading, measuring and constantly improving our client’s poker product.
* Overall, providing a best-in-class, profitable poker room and a poker experience, that is in line with our client’s brand and values.
* The Head of Poker is responsible for making Poker an excellent, efficient product with a smooth, constantly improving operation. This position is has a strong focus on product strategy, product development and operations. The Head of Poker will be the prime ambassador for Poker, a passionate expert in the game, and a known figure in the poker industry, with thorough knowledge of and connections to all providers and major competitors. The Head of Poker leads the team and ensures that the Commercial organization has the best product, functionality and services to sell to our client’s customers. The right candidate will understand how to make the best of our client’s supplier relation, and how to enable market and customer demands to be heard and acted upon.
* The position reports to the Chief Operations Officer in London.

Location
* The candidate must be willing to work full time in London. Some travelling activity can be expected.
