Job Description
Executive Summary of Job Role:
The role manages the business operations and risk management of all our client's payment products. The role carries the responsibility for the development and management/leadership of their current operations team. The role will also include being the main contact for our client's payment providers worldwide to establish a good business relationship.

Our client is looking for a person, who has excellent management skills, experience in the online payment industry, especially in the areas of Operations and/or Risk. Good languages skills in English and preferably also German are a must.

Detailed Responsibilities:
* Track and analyse ongoing business performance for all products
* Work with “Project Managers” to develop business requirements for the payments platform.
* Develop product road-maps for new product launches/enhancements
* Work with sales to determine new product/merchant pricing
* Manage, analyze and develop actions to improve the team and metrics related to product success:
* Volumes
* Chargeback-/Return rates (and reasons)
* Approval rates
* Risk strategy
* Training of merchants in risk & fraud management strategies.
* Oversee new merchant application process and account management
* Responsible for the settlement process and reconciliation of all our client's Suppliers/banks
* Team building and people management within Operations
