Job Description
Job Purpose
Our client is looking for a Chief Editor to manage a multi-lingual team of copywriters and translators. You will be responsible for the online content strategy, editorial style and our client's tone of voice. You will work closely with the production and web team on a workflow process model to fulfil the company's objectives. You will be responsible of 25 different languages, where you’ll build a different content/localization strategy designed for each language, manage budget and drive efficiencies into the team.

Key Responsibilities
* Build and implement a high-quality marketing content strategy for the websites estate.
* Act as the brand guardian to ensure our client's message, brand values and style guidelines are consistent and strictly adhered to in all their player communications.
* Have an eye for detail, as the Chief Editor will be the last stop before content goes out for production.
* Work closely with central and regional marketing team to understand their requirements and make sure to execute copy up to their expectations.
* Work closely with the production and web team to ensure workflow is aligned and efficient.
* Manage a team of multi-lingual copywriters and translators and understand their different responsibilities, tasks and priorities.
* Be responsible for the whole translation process of the content of our client's product
* Manage the content and localization budget and constantly drive efficiencies into the team.

Skills and Capabilities - Essential
* 5+ years relevant experience in a similar role including managing staff
* Internet industry experience in a multinational corporation, including prior responsibility for multi-lingual teams
* Strong writing and editorial skills
* Fluency in English and one additional language (reading, writing and spoken)
* A team player with strong communication skills (both verbal & written)
* Knowledge and passion for poker
* Ability to work under time pressure
