Job Description:
NON-PHYSICAL QUALIFICATIONS:
* High School graduation or equivalent.
* Three years Food and Beverage experience in major hotel or gourmet restaurant operation.
* One year supervisory experience.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
* Knowledge in the use of personal computers.

DUTIES:
* Accommodate guest complaints and requests.
* Verify validity of complimentary slips.
* Resolve employee conflicts.
* Design special promotions when requested.
* Make adjustments on Food and Beverage checks when situation warrants.
* Additional related duties as requested by the food and beverage management
