Job Description:
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
* Provides superior guest service and develops quality players through personal interaction and relationship marketing.
* Ensures that all table game employees are providing optimum service to all guests at all times.
* Assures the technical proficiency of all table games employees through development and effective training, provides direction, guidance and supervision to all employees in the games department creating an atmosphere which is conductive to a quality work life for the employee.
* Possess knowledge of the Illinois Gaming rules and regulations including Currency Transaction Reporting, and implements the same.
* Observes and analyzes the integrity of all table game activity, mediates and solves problems for guest and employees.
* Supervises the appropriate issuance of credit and player tracking, maintains table games bankroll, prepares periodic reports, performance appraisals and responds to customer inquires.
* Responsible for building a rapport and coordinating daily functions with support service departments.
* Acts as a role model and presents oneself as a credit to Harrah’s and encourages others to do the same.
* Adheres to all regulatory, company and department policies and procedures
* Completes all other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
REQUIREMENTS:
* High School Diploma or equivalent required, Casino experience preferred.
* Gaming knowledge that should include the actual dealing of Craps, Roulette, and Black Jack table games.
* Must have broad knowledge of casino rules, regulations, and procedures, including good game security.
* Must be guest service oriented, with excellent employee relation skills.
* Must be able to get along with co-workers and work as a team.
* Excellent leadership, motivational, and development skills.
* Must have completed SuperLAP assessment.
* Must have no more than 3 attendance points to transfer.
* Must be able to work a flexible schedule to include nights, holidays and weekends.

Job Demands:
* Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers and employees.
* Ability to communicate one-on-one and to groups to explain policies and procedures to persuade others to accept or adopt a specific opinion or action.
* Must be able to respond calmly and make rational decision when handling customer needs and concerns.
* Must have physical ability to walk during a work day and be capable of standing during the length of one’s shift.
* Excellent oral and written communications skills..
* Must be able to listen and respond to visual and aural cues.
