Job Description:
Essential Job Functions:
* Providing wine, liquor and related bar service to guests in an efficient, courteous and professional manner.
* Prepares/mixes drinks accurately according to prescribed recipes.
* Registers beverage related transactions, handles cash, room charges and complimentary tickets according to procedures and guidelines established by management.
* Accounts for assigned bank, all money received and all transactions recorded during shifts.
* Insures assigned bar is stocked with all supplies and liquor while completing other tasks and related job duties assigned.
* Responsible for monitoring the number of drinks ordered at one time and accounts for drinks accordingly.
* Maintains assigned station in a clean and sanitary condition in accordance with department service standards and job functions.
* Meeting attendance guidelines of the job and adhering to regulatory, departmental and company policies.

Qualifications:
* High School Diploma or equivalent required.
* Must be 21 years of age.
* Minimum one-year previous bartending skills required and must have knowledge and ability to mix a wide variety of drinks.
* Must be able to work any day of the week and any shift, including holidays and weekends.
* Must pass background check, hair follicle drug test and MO Gaming License Process.
* Must present a well-groomed appearance.

Physical, Mental, and Environmental demands:
* Must be able to bend, twist, turn, push and pull, as well as lift and carry a minimum of 50 lbs.
* Must be able to work independently.
* Ability to work with hands in ice for 8 to 10 hour Shifts.
* Must be able to stand for prolonged periods of time, minimum 8 hours.
* Flexibility in fingers and hands to operate cash register and beverage. guns/bottles/glasses/knives/mixers, etc.
* Responds to visual and aural cues.
* Mathematical abilities including addition and subtraction required.
* Must be able to work at a fast pace and in stressful situations.
* Is able to tolerate areas containing second-hand smoke, high noise levels, bright lights and dust.
* Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English.
* Abilities to accurately handle cash and express excellent communication skills.
