Job Description:
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Reports to Executive Steward for day’s projects and events.
* Will be trained on basic sanitation and food handling procedures.
* Washes all dishes from restaurant venues and banquets.
* Maintain all back of the house areas in clean, organized fashion.
* Performs deep cleaning as assigned by Executive Steward.
* Will be trained on basic sanitation and food handling procedures.
* Become well versed in all ware washing equipment, operation and maintenance.
* Make sure banquet functions have all utensils, china, glass, and ready for events.
* Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
* High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
* Entry level Food & Beverage position. PHYSICAL DEMANDS: While performing the duties of this job, the associate is regularly required to:
* Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence.
* Ability to write basic correspondence.
* Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations, to guests, and other associates in the company.
* The Associate must frequently lift and or move up to 25 pounds.
* Specific vision abilities required for this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.

Must to able to read, speak, and understand basic English.
