Job Summary: Performs the function of ensuring non-gaming revenues are accurately accounted for and accounts receivable are collected in a timely manner. Responsible for inputting, updating and maintaining current records for all hotel, food, beverage, retail, box office and other items that are related to income audit and accounts receivable. Performs variety of accounting, record keeping and clerical functions in the accounting department and provides efficient, timely customer service to both external and internal customers.

Essential Job Functions:
* Performs assigned audit function asking questions regarding the various audit steps tom be performed to determine why we are performing the step as well as what risk are we trying to prevent from occurring.
* Enters statistical information into spreadsheets and balances to the computer system. Generates various reports for non-gaming audit areas. •Summarizes, calculates and records numbers on various documents. Reviews, reconciles and verifies documents for proper completion. •Investigates any discrepancies identified while performing the above audits.•Accurately reconciles cashier paperwork with computer-generated reports.
* Input information in spreadsheets.
* File and retrieve paperwork correctly.
* Be able to handle customer problems, both internal and external, regarding invoices and receipts. •Mail, file, retrieve, and post payments on customer invoices. •Works closely with operation departments to ensure internal compliance guidelines are followed. •Demonstrates superior customer service.
* Be flexible in working shifts, lunches and break times.
* Adhere to company polices and procedure.
* Meets the attendance guidelines of the department.
Education/Experience Preferred and Qualifications:
* High school graduate or equivalent required. BS degree in Accounting or Finance from an accredited university preferred;•Previous experience in non-gaming audit functions preferred. •Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Access database software. Some knowledge of Infinium, LMS, CMS, EMS and MICROS (or similar casino systems) preferred. •Applicant should be customer service oriented with good communication skills and present a well-groomed appearance. Must be able to get along well with co-workers and work as a team.
Physical, Mental, And Environmental Demands: Able to work at a computer terminal through out the assigned shift and sit for a long period. Able to bend, reach, carry, stand, maneuvers up and down stairs, and lift 20 pounds. Able to receive telephone calls regarding departmental questions. Able to maneuver to and from various departments for paperwork. . Keep well organized workstation. Able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
