Job Description:
Responsible for assisting the Box Office Manager with the successful promotion of the Theatre, by providing general information to guests and selling tickets to events in the Theatre.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:
* Markets and sells tickets to the general public for Theatre events.
* Maintains and balances a cash drawer.
* Processes phone reservations.
* Operates the Ticketmaster computer, printer and related equipment.
* Prints all tickets to be picked up at “Will Call” counter.
* Assists the Ushers in seating guests.

Qualifications:
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
