Job Description:
Reporting to the Director/Manager - Internal Audit, the Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing secretarial/clerical support to the Central Division Internal Audit Department as needed and assigned.
Essential Job Functions Include:
* Data entry
* Phone coverage
* Order supplies and maintain appropriate inventory level
* Arrange travel
* Typing
* Filing
* Mail processing and distribution
* Able to multi-task effectively

* A minimum of 2 years administrative/secretarial experience
* Strong business background
* Excellent telephone skills
* Excellent time management, organizational and communication skills
* Proficient in Work, Excel, Outlook, including calendar experience
* Able to type proficiently with a typing speed of 60 wpm
* Strong grammatical and general business writing skills, with an eye for detail
* Flexible and able to meet deadlines
* Must be a team player
* Able to interact effectively with all levels of the organization
Education/Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Language Skills:
Able to read, write, speak, and understand English. Able to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers and employees. Able to communicate one-on-one and to groups to explain policies and procedures. Able to effectively present information verbally and in writing.
