Job Description:
JOB SUMMARY:
Maintain overall cleanliness of the Nightclub.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
* Setting up the nightclub for events.
* Cleaning up and taking down equipment.
* Transports cleaning equipment up and down ramps.
* Vacuums and shampoos carpet. (Daily)
* Washes and cleans walls light fixtures, louvers, ceilings, shelves and outside walls and cement walls.
* Operates and controls all mechanical equipment including rotary machines, blowers and back vacuums
* Cleans and empties various cleaning equipment including shampooers, buffers and vacuums.
* Resolving situations with customers to ensure satisfaction.
* Maintaining a professional demeanor with clients.
* Completing special projects as needed.
* All other duties as assigned.

Responds to and consistently meets the needs of internal clients. Supports and cultivates new ideas and methods to deliver business solutions. Identifies ways to increase efficiencies or improve product or service. Delivers assignments/projects on time and completes all aspects before delivering to internal clients. Clearly communicates programs/services to necessary people, seeks their support and keeps them informed of changes that may impact the business. Keeps track of existing products/services and/or progress on new initiatives. Prepares project plans that aid in moving project forward. Stays up to date with the latest developments in the profession. Develops skills to handle increasingly complex matters. Complies with and upholds company expectations including Code of Commitment, policies, procedures, industry regulations, department goals and business strategy. Politely gives consistent, timely and accurate information and finds answer when unsure. Uses SPOTLIGHT behaviors when encountering guests.

Qualifications:
EDUCATION/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
* High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED) and Housekeeping experience preferred

PHYSICAL, MENTAL AND ENVIRONMENTAL DEMANDS:
* Must be able to maneuver to all areas of the hotel
* While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
* Ability to lift at least 50-100lbsMust be able to bend, reach, kneel, twist and grip items while working at assigned desk area.
* Must have the manual dexterity and coordination to operate office equipment, including a 10 key adding machine, PC computers, fax machine, and photocopier.
* Must be able to work at a fast pace and in stressful situations.
* Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English.
* Must be able to respond to visual and aural cues.
