To assist in providing a superior gaming experience, unattainable by our competitor, where guests can indulge themselves without apology. Provides food and beverage service to patrons using “One on One” service that exceeds their expectations. Observes patron to ensure patron satisfaction and responds to additional requests.

Job Description:
* Work variable shifts and positions within the Casino Beverage department.
* Days off may vary due to business needs
* Provide quick, friendly and professional service to patrons and co-workers that exceed expectations.
* Keep service wells, lounge and gaming tables wiped down, clean and free of debris and clutter.
* Remain visible by standing in the front of the room greeting guests as they enter.
* Follows policies and procedures.
* Take and serve food and drink orders to guests
* Keep a clean station by picking up all glassware and ashtrays to ensure areas are free of debris through the station in a timely manner.
* Learn features, amenities and procedures of the different serving assignments
* Follow proper procedures in food sanitation.
* Accepts payment for orders and provides accurate change.
* Notify supervisor if a guest appears intoxicated; Serve alcoholic beverages in compliance with liquor law.
* Responds to guest requests for assistance or information on Horseshoe operations.
* Maintain clean working bars in accordance with coast guard, Indiana Liquor Commission and Health Department standards
* Follow safety rules.
* Maintains a clean and professional appearance at all times.
* Prepares service wells for the following shift by completing opening and closing duties.
* Must be able to work various shifts and hours including holidays and weekends.
* Comply with all requests of supporting department managers and supervisors.
* Other duties as assigned.
* $8.50/hr PT
