Job Description
The Company:
Our client is a vibrant gaming operator based in the UK who have experienced tremendous growth over the past five years due to an excellent product and cutting edge marketing campaigns. They are now seeking a number of Operations Managers to over-see the expansion of customer facing verticals within the organisation. If you have experience of managing a telephone betting team or setting performance parameters for customer support teams in an online gaming environment then we want to hear from you.

Key Job Responsibilities:
* Motivation and development of team of Supervisors and call centre agents, ensuring that best practices are fully adhered to.
* Management of 15 plus employees across telephone betting, operations and customer support.
* Final decision maker regarding customer queries and complaints.
* Setting KPI’s for customer facing departments and analysing progress to ensure measurable results.
* Reporting to senior management.
* You will be expected to work five days a week including weekends and public holidays.

Personal Attributes:
* Operations Manager with experience within the sports betting Industry.
* Ideally have a passion for sport with an interest in horse racing and football.
* Previously responsible for setting staff parameters in an online gaming environment.
* Self motivated and able to motivate others.
