Responsible for overall management supervision of table games operations including, but not limited to Blackjack Pit, Poker Room, and other specialty games. Responsible for on-going daily operations, budget development and implementation and interface with other departmental operations personnel. Ensures the ongoing maintenance and expansion of gaming customer base, as well as development of new revenue strategies, while ensuring maximum efficient utilization of established operation and capital budgets. Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
5 years of experience in Card Room operations including 2 years at a management level.
Advanced knowledge of applicable law, regulations, rules, procedures, and administration is required.
Advanced knowledge of budgeting, planning, control methods, and applications.
Previous experience in hospitality, sales, marketing, promotions, and/or public relations is preferred.
Prior gaming player development experience is preferred.
General proficiency in computers, including Microsoft Office and database applications, e-mail and Internet.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills with demonstrated patience, tact, and respect.
Exceptional detail and follow-up skills.
Able to effectively establish priorities and meet deadlines.
Advance of leadership and management skills and techniques.
Multi-task oriented.
